The leverages that aid your deadlift are the same that give you trouble with your bench/OHP. It pretty much ends there lol. Alot of people are better suited to a particular lift than another.
The Coan/Philippi deadlift program has you lifting once a week, with a 1RM test at the end. It's a time tested program, might be something to consider.
I know you want the OP to answer, and I'de imagine he still will, but GHR's are definitely considered a primary accessory in this section, if not the best.
To my untrained eye, it doesn't look like a form problem. I'm pretty confident a glute weakness, it's that last bit of hip-thrust (no homo) that your having trouble with.
