trolling hard with my 24 post.
You old timers need to get a ****ing life.
We don't have that kind of flexibility.
Are you retarded or just ignorant. Either case you sound stupid.
Eat whatever our paleolithic ancestors ate 10,000 years ago.
That's your intestines will stretch during the bulking phase.
But don't rely on the caloric #'s . If you step on that scale and the lbs aren't going up, then increase your calories.
Don't worry about dropping pounds. The reason you still have fat is because you we're too concerned about being skinny. And undergone starvation. Focus on becoming lean, building muscle mass.
You will see the burger begin to convex. This is a good sign. I'd say 6-7 minutes each side for a 1/3 pound burger on medium heat.
LOL, I just cooked a cheeseburger.
The trick is to only flip it once, if you keep ****ing with it , it will fall apart.
If you made your own burgers, then just make sure you pack that **** neatly.
People just over eat bread. A small bagel packs a **** ton of carbs.
The guy said he was an addict.
I use BCAAs for pre-workout supplement.
I see, your body seems to handle high protein well. I guess the only issue then would be your budget.
You are wasting vitamins. This is why it says to take with a meal. Vitamins and minerals can't be absorbed alone, you need macros to drive them.
When I started bodybuilding, I bought into the whole slow and fast digesting protein, even purchased the combat powder.
But now realized that's all bull****. Like the post above, $/serving is...
Just avoid foods with high inflammation.
Oh you forgot carrots.
Are you getting diarrhea from all that protein ? Are you taking creatine.
I'm curious what your eating?
That's an ass load of protein. 25Lbs in two months, you need to see a doctor!
Beans for sure, and protein powder.
