yer ive been trying that lately
i did my sets on the seated row, then did some hammer curls on my left arm my left arm felt the burn then
yer and i played tenpin bowlin for 3 years... throwing a 15 pound ball gets ya forearm pretty strong..
yer im doing dumbell curls now
when i get to my last 1 or 2 reps my left arms technique...
u sayin to use weights so i can't even do 1 rep with either arm? :S
aight so i was doing my dumbell curl sets right
at the end of it i could feel the 'pump' a good feeling in my right bicep, feels like i worked it out but my left bicep i felt nothing.. it just...
aight i was on my last set on my 8th rep... went down couldn't get up... tried to bouce it of my chest n failed... i pushed the bar to my left and sat up
lifted the bar of the ground and put it...
if u can do it without sliding down and landing on your head then it'll work

yer i personally thing that leg raises n crunches r the the people who already have a six pack and want a better one
wheres something like pilates is more for the people who want to get a six...
i know about all the diets n cardio stuff...
but you need need to do ab workouts..
pilates and weight crunches r 2 differnt ab workouts, r they all the same or which one would work better?
things like pilates and Ab Ripper X
or
just sticking to leg raises, side crunches and weighted crunches
which is better to get defined abs?
