    Do you think a cutting period for 2 months or so would be beneficial?? Im at 205 about right now at like 13-15 bf%. BTW I am increasing all my reps to everything I do to 8 - 12.

    Just had surgery on my ankle. I need to know how to stay fit and not get fat. I will be lifting every other day on upper body and stuff I just need a few pointers so I dont get fat haha.
