One of the very best that i've ever used was WOKE AF by DAS Labs. I was rather shocked at how well it worked. NEVER had a bad workout while using it. It is a bit pricey IMO but it works very well.

I have not tried either one but would LOVE to try the pre workout sample and do a review.

I lived in KCMO and trained at Impact Elite. That was the best gym ive ever been in. Here in this little town we have 3 gyms but nothing like Impact lol

Thats what i like about them. Easy to use and toss the can when done. No washing your shaker cup.
