The [3,2-c] part indicates that it has a heterocyclic ring (like winny), but doesn't say what it is. The nomenclature is bogus, they just made it up from bits of the names of real steroids.
Anyone making drug claims for dietary supplements gets bummed by the FDA. Personally I think the description sails a bit too close to the wind as it is.
