Yea...thats what i ment feet, no legs. I just thought that you have to have your feet pointing forwards not to cause havock for your knees. I just tried what you suggested and it doesn't feel too...
I actually feel more comfortable squatting on a 1inch board etc, and feel more stable. As i said, to even get to parallel with both feet on the ground i have to really lean...
I've just started squatting yesterday, and i noticed that i can't keep proper form unless i raise my heels slightly when i get to parallel, or just below.
Still kinda fine tuning the diet, but the staples of the diet are:
Chicken breast,
Cans of tuna (or cook some fish)
brown rice
banana's
eggs
fat free milk
I could probably be able to make do with no milk, and cottage cheese, but what else would i take before bed? I dont want to take any supps, so only 1 protein shake PWO,...
