What do you think abot strongmen and bodybuilders transfering over to MMA? Think there strength can match or overcome years of fight skills?
I think nothing helps me be more motivated than having a friend or training partner there by your side sweating it out with you.
What gets you motivated? I need help?
Is there certain gyms that you will find certified trainers at? Should you find someone outside a gym?
How can you find a trainer based on certificates?
Anything recommended for weight loss while recovering from injury where you cant work out?
How can someone do this without injuring themselves? I think people need proper instruction like the link above. Thanks!!!
