I was really disappointed in all of ON's flavors. I tried all the flavors in water, and found them all thin to mix and taste was poor. I prefer Myofusion or ATW.

I don't find it does at all, just mix the ish out of it when you first add the water.

I find it needs to be on ice for it to taste good. I take my nalgene, add half ice, PW and water. Even then, after the ice melts, it can kind to start to taste like crap.
