The US version dosage is different to the UK version.
I seem to be ok on the UK one but I have a feeling I would be shaking like a ****tin dog on the US version.

TO SET THE RECORD STRAIGHT I AM NOT TAKING EPH WITH THEM.

I started day 1 on 1 tab, day 2/3 on 2 and then 2 tabs twice a day as per bottle!!!!!!!!!!

It is water weight, I have been holding water for a few weeks now and the tabs seem to be getting rid of it.

I am only taking the HHE and only taking whats on the bottle....2 tabs twice daily!

Dont worry I will just take it on its own.

I dropped 2lbs since yesterday so all is looking positive.

Quick update....followed the dosage and today is the 1st day where I take 2x2 per day....WOW....very buzzy and warm.
Also I am p*ssing like a racehorse!!
