i used to feel one scoop but could handle 3 also. Really man its not the best pre-workout going around. Neurocore for stim heavy (hate promoting muscletech) and Pump-bol for non-stim.

I find c4 to be quite meh. It gives me a nice sweat, but in regards to performance boost...meh. Defs gonna give spmax a try.

pump-bol is ****ing sweet. taste was like eating 10 vit c tablets thou, thats probably the only bad thing i have to say about it. Its not really a light 'pump' thou, think you have pump and energy...

i haven't tried many, but i can say that pump-bol is pretty damn good. The only thing i didnt like was the super citrus taste. But if it works, which it does, who give a **** about taste.
