I am trying to live as healthy and possible and be in as good as shape as possible. Here are the foods I eat on a daily basis, give or take a few:

No I do not see it as something good for the guy. If you're a woman and you meet a guy who has been with over 20 girls, that should tell you the exact same thing.

If it's a high number of guys then it usually means that:

-Girl has commitment issues
-Girl isn't good for long term relationships
-Girl is probably open to using men for sex, flings, etc....
