    Got 265 on bench press today!!!

    Yea.. I was psyched!! Was only gonna go for 245, but I got it pretty easily so i bumped it up to 265. Went really slow midway through the motion, but slowly kept creepin up and I got it!!!!

    Gotta love it! After a couple weeks of training your body will get used to it and not be as sore. And to the above poster.. soreness is not necessarily a sign of a good workout.
