I had the same problem i cut all flies out and my shoulder feels great as long as i hit some RC exercises 2-3x a week. My bench is 355 right now and climbing. - Good luck man!
Hit chest 2x a week. Make friday shoulders,back,bis and move thursday and friday up and take the rest out. Put your second chest on friday. Will give you what you want. - Good luck man! Play...
I incorporate both into my chest workout. But, if you like only one or the other in a single workout then YES you should switch it up. - Good luck man!
