I dont use the pad. If you dont use the pad, you'll probably bet better at handling the bar. (less pain etc) That being sid, even if you dont use the pad.. there is pain involved. (well for me)

Lol i lift on the 2nd floor, I just hope that if one day the floor gives in I wont die. Some people say it can hold 300 lbs others say it can hold a minimum of 1,000. Cant get a job for gym...

Depends on the subject. If its english (studying a book, vocan etc.) im the same way. However, with science im the opposite, i can probably last ~3-4 nonstop studying. (mostly out of fear.... my bio...
