1) They say that unless you have a chin-up bar to basically not even bother with P90X because there are some things you simply can't do with free weights or resistance bands...how much truth is there...

Can he do P90X without being able to do chin-ups in the hoitel room? I doubt he can install a chin bar. I suppose he could do that in the gym...idk how that would work though, as I have never tried...
