That is because it was a sumo deadlift.
When I started lifting at 18 I had a 105lb bench and a 120lb squat. lol
He is also 5'4".... It is alot easier to move weight when you have shorter arms.
You are 145lbs. Why would you even think of cutting?

Khan, I have been working out for about a year now. I want to try a new routine and I have been looking at Max-OT or 5x5. What do you think would be a better one to start. I have gotten stronger...
