    Let's say you are 20% at 159 lbs. That would put you around 32 pounds of body fat, and a lean body mass of 127 lbs.

    Assuming you lose about 2 pounds of muscle mass...

    4 month bulk, am I progressing?

    Went from 148 to 158, but I look the same, maybe slightly fatter.

    What gives? Would have thought 10 pounds would be more noticeable
