ive never had a lifting injury only in sports wrestling,football,rugby,mma etc.... and ya i round my back slightly so I can lift heavier like every other powerlifter out there its not neccesarily...
then i went for 487.5 but it slipped (no chalk in gym that day) anyways ill try it agian next week i should be able to do it 447 didnt even feel like weight when i did it.
