Stay away from weights and protein. They will make you big and bulky. Eat loads of celery on everything. Celery is a negative calory food so eating it will put you in a caloric deficit.
I'd agree around 10-12% is pretty accurate. Probably closer to 11. I personally wouldn't cut much below 10 before starting a lean bulk with that much LBM. Good job on your cut so far
