just bought slinsane and working out how to dose correctly.
would be be ok to have it before lunch and then have about 50g carbs with lunch
i then workout at around 5pm
on the way...
to aid in weight been looking at n2slin, anabolic pump ect and those type of products.
Any other suggestions?

My hamstrings are always tight and feel like lower back is lacking.
i have been doing SLDL and love them as a hammy stretch, but was thinking of adding hyperextensions to help with the lower back....
Really need helping picking a program, looking to gain mass and any strength is a plus
Needs to have squat, bench, deadlift as a minimum.
Have used ICF, All Pros, and all pros int.
But...
So I'm 5'6 160lbs
1 rep maxs are.
Squat 270lbs
Bench 175lbs
Row 175lbs
Dead 250 lbs

Just saw an above post of a guy being nearly finished on this program with similar lifts to mine.
Currently on my 5th cycle.
Squat - 90kg
Row - 60kg
bench - 65kg
Press - 45kg
SLDL - 70kg...

I failed my 10 rep bench by 2 reps..... not sure if its a once off.... if i fail again do i just persist and then not up the weight...
i am wanting to slow bulk as im 5'6 155lbs at around 16%bf

Feels like Ive had huge gains in lifts and look of my body.

First day yesterday and did enjoy it alot.
Just wondering what the average time it takes to comeplete the workout?
Took me about 45 min, not sure if thats too short?
