well im in iraq right now so i usually have enough time to sleep and eat. we can eat 3 times a day when the dinning facility is open. i usually eat a sandwich with just turkey and lettuce and 3 5 oz....

hey skip im kind of in a pickle. i just deployed to iraq about 2 months ago. before i came here i had just finished a cut to about 8%. but after cutting i saw i needed to add some mass everywhere....

why is it that whenever i see pictures of guys bulking they seem to lose definition but they slightly have love handles. but for some reason it seems when i bulk my midsection is where it all goes?...
my chest is super stubborn and has a hard time growing, and the lower portion has a v shape. lower and outsde pecs neec work. suggestions?

ya i've made good progression on strength in my shoulders. a weeks ago i couldnt do 65's for 4 now i can knock out 8 and 70's for about 4 reps
my strength has gone up nicely all around as well as siz gains. except shoulders. especially the medial head.
Guys need some help. delts wont seem to grow.
my shoulder routine is
db press 4x8 i usually put up 65'z for last set.
side laterals 3x8
rear delt raise 3x8

I usually have them about 10 inches apart. And i try to keep my elbows close to my body. I tend to keep it at mid-level or top part of chest. i think hitting bottom of pec area might help.

Whenever i do close grip bench for tri's i never seem to feel it in the tri's just on my chest the next few days? i try to keep my elbows in. any thoughts?
is there a significant impact on muscle hypertrophy when taking a longer rest period (2-3 minutes) between sets as opposed to shorter rest periods (30-90 seconds)?
