    Last week I was on a 2,000- 2,200 calories diet for a cut but I didn't lose any weight I actually gained 0.1% body fat. Which tells me that I was at maintenence.

    Food keeps them obese, not everyone is the same. Some people just love fast food and that's their hobbies. Find what you love and stick to it (I love pizza BRB order 6 large ones for the week)
