Agreeable that it isnt OCD to add 200 calories from vegies or whatever, but some neurotic people get all stressed out and OCD from counting and weighing everything when it doesnt matter ALL that much...
almost everyone loves to eat good tasting food. people like that just dont care what they look like or dont have the drive to change it so it becomes an endless cycle.

anyways, whenever i put it into whatever food, it comes up with 40g +/-1...
you dont have to be bulking to add protein in your oatmeal. its simply personal taste preference and a way of adding protein into an otherwise protein sparce meal. but whatever floats your boat!
as far as actual advice though; read stickies as previously stated and start counting calories/macros if you really want to lose weight.
