Some areas I retained strength, others I just completely lost it. Bench has always been my weak spot, and when I stopped lifting it just dropped like crazy.

Hands were getting sweaty, messing with my grip. Will easily put up 120 next workout too.
Deadlifts - 230x 5 x 3
Easy again. 235 next workout no problem
Ez curls - 75 x 10...
OHP - 85 x 5 x 3
Easy. Didn't really warmup for this either. 90-95 will be put up next time no problem
Hang cleans - 105 x 5 x 3
Didn't know how tiring these are, also a killer for traps! Close...

Will easily put up 115 next workout.

Lost a lot of strength in this lift, once again 230 next time will be easy.
