ooo ok ty for the help guys. i didnt know what cell mass did, and when i take no -explode i do feel the energy i guess

Is it ok to mix No-Explode with Cell Mass? or should i just take No-Explode before work out and Cell Mass after workout.

ok i been taking no-explode and i heard its good to stack and i was wonderin what does cell mass do cause im taking it after my workout but i dont feel anything =/
