my carb intake is spread out. I usually eat about 65g in the morning, another 30 or so during the day. I eat about 30 more grams before a workout, then eat the rest when I get home afterwards.

i do raw for almost everything, especially things like rice and noodles that absorb water. for chicken, I actually prefer to measure after if it's starting off plain.
