F-ck it ..the **** is cheap and also has whey and casein in it so it is not all Soy.

I bought a bag ..I am just going to mix it 50/50 with ON and so it should be 16% soy 16% Casein and 66% whey ...

Is this in large amounts or any SOY at all ?
