I had the same problem too, Keep your BACK STRAIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!, thats your issue your trying to go to heavy and u cant keep ur back strait when ur coming up/.
Your mucles are uneven dont expect for them to be completeley even when your starting to train. or without proper form your growing so its bound to happen.
Their is many differnt exercises you can do. Personally i stick to 2-3 exersices for back but i train them hard 3-4 when going lighter. My old plan was Moday Chest and Back tuesday bi tri wedsday...

Well the best take to take ur shake is anywhere from end of ur workout to 30 minutes later thats when ur in ur anabolic stage. ill usually eat a protein bar before training.
