I like the taste of the blue colored assault. I mix 1 scoop (or half, depending) w/4g bulk CM, 2g bulk BA, and shotgun 3 scoops of CL GG with it... Gives me a good kick in the gym :D
Mega dosing b5 helps (like 5g-10g daily) big time by reducing the oil (you may flare up for a few days initially, but afterwards it will be smooth sailing).
And from what I've heard, it's best to wait length of cycle + PCT length before starting a new cycle (ie, a 3wk cycle and 4wk PCT, you should wait minimum of 7wks...
