I figure its either from doing alot of pullups , doing alot of face pulls with a classical pronated grip, or possibly behind the neck presses but i doubt it .
I have some knotting in my teres / infraspinatus area mostly on my left side that's causing almost any pressing movements to be weak / inhibited and unstable .
Using straps for everything will eventually cause you problems .
Having weak hands and forearms means you are wimpy in general, and your total arm development is lacking.
