I don't know if you have ever been put in a sharp shooter but it doesn't hurt in the slightest. A lot of finishing moves look painless. Any thoughts on the worst ever?
Nick Scott is a beast but unfortunately my friend has far more limited mobility as some of his fine motor skills were lost in the accident, but Nick is definitely a great motivational tool.

Agreed. Powerblocks are an awesome product. Unfortunately I was gifted the bowflex ones by my girlfriend, so I can't throw them out and get the Powerblocks.
