how about my upper chest? Only thing i do for it now is OHP with a pause
yea, last place my fat goes away x) but I also have very wide hip bones
trust me, my quads measure 27 inches. I was born with huge and strong legs.
I am not the average pretty boy only training upper body
Squat 145 x 5 , bench 87,5 x 5 , deadlift 180 x 5 kg
My lega are not in the pic because they are huge. And not a weak point at all
I need an objective opinion on what body parts i need to bring up.
Currently running madcow 5x5. I am going to choose assistance work according to my weak points.
currently eating around 2800-3000 calories a day
but i might hold a little more fat than the picture shows, because i have a light above my head in the picture, i think im right around 15 % bf
My plan is to keep bulking until May and then start cutting. However i want to maintain all of my strength or possibly gain a little. I realise to do this i need to do a slow cut.
