Actually, this might be slightly out. My TDEE should be around 2031, according to IIFYM. That takes into account the 45 minutes of steady state low intensive cardio I do each day.

Well a normal sandwich for me would consist of brown bread, and some smoked salmon, or tuna, some other fish - or maybe sometimes an omelette sandwich.
