at the college they give us a work out but i also do extra stuff so here it is
i have three stages
base, development and peak

tuesday
bench press
base: 3x10
development: 3x5
peak: 10, 8, 6,...

my diet was this

8 am
cytosport muscle milk protein shake
vitamin d milk

12 am
lunch
i am in college so there isnt much selection in the union
ate at least one type of meat

i ended up trying out the Oxodrol 12 and this worked great. i would recommend it but it is being discontinued now. i am drinking 3 protein shakes a day, around 4-5 meals a day.
