    You will get a lot of theory as above.... but only you know your body.

    lower weights are good ... concentrate on form...

    bcoz pull ups = bodyweight . wide grip pull up will engage your lats no matter what.
    pull down with good weights good technique can be equally good.

    To use the chest more , try to keep your hands parallel to ground as much as possible. Its a compound exercise and a good one. Hits the chest from a totally different angle .

    I dont have a low body fat , but i have the cuts. i think you cant go wrong with low body fat but you need to have mature/developed/hard muscles . and that takes time.
