so lets say you go workout... of course you muscles need fuel. Sooo why not just take a shake right after to feed them muscles instead of waiting 2 hrs?

Actually its 1 to 1.5g of protein per lb of body weight.... and take protein shake 1hr after workout? nah take that **** within 30 min of workout.

man i would just do whatever i gotta do to get to my gym... cuz th 10lb db's wont really do **** for u.... and yea each time you lift, try to bump weight up by 5lbs. Thats what i do
Bulking only up to 3 months? I suggest at least 6 month bulk minimum for more gains... and a Full body workout with only 10lb db's? not gonna lie you wont get much out of it. Join a gym, eat, lift...
