Using PCS right now as ONLY my pct after a havoc cycle and i have run now 2 cycles and its all you need. All those are extras IMO. I would just stick with PCS.
Wasnt trashing. If you read my post you would understand i would proposing my reason why people "might be trashing" his thread, also backing it up with facts why his results are "skewed".
I think people just wanna see a Prime log by itself thats why such the criticism. I was also thinking i was a bit mislead by the fact that it was more of a stack instead of a Prime self log.

Kinda of wierd i know but ive been using pizza as a preworkout meal w/ my p-slin b4 my workout and seems to be working just great. cant find time to get to the store for some complex carbs :(
