    I did all this to enter the Dymatize transformation challenge and compete as hard as I can. I hit every muscle twice a week. 90 minutes of weights a day and I'm averaging close to 3 hours of cardio...

    Thanks everyone...in those 8 weeks I dropped almost 30lbs. So it was just shy of 4lbs a week, I actually created that much of deficit by tracking everything. It was hard hard work.
