Hey everyone. I've tried different stances, feet width, hips high and low, different approaches to setting up... I can't make my back flat. I just hit 450 and I feel like going any higher like this...
Thank you. I think mobility is a big flaw of mine. I can't bend over like I need to while keeping my back straight. Glad to hear it's not awful but if I wanna get 500+ I know changes need to be made

use the straps. you don't want to miss a lift because your grip went out. you are cheating the rest of your body if you do this. straps serve a purpose and should be used.
i use a barbell on my traps and do raises, only thing that sucks is i can't get any negative part of the rep because i will lose my balance if i am on a block of wood

Mine didn't either, and so I used my jacked scoop. the jacked scoop says it is about 3 grams, so if you use it 1.5 times, thats about... 5.5 grams. too easy!
