you would see 10x better results eating real food. 3 weeks isn't really enough to see much progress :)
well if your looking to cut up more you need to drop your carbs to <50g and up your protein to about 250g-300g. avoid excess sodium as well imo lean bulk
get it checked out before you start again this is from my own experience
eat real food eg. tuna, chicken, pasta, beef, etc, etc ,etc subway is rubbish and shakes should not be used as meals
macros look fine for your stats i dont believe on taking a week off to 'reset', but each to there own
not wise asking here mate all your going to get is broscience. like above ask a doctor
eat before your morning workout and then after if your trying to bulk
beef mince and pasta works well, just throw a bit of cheese in there and your gtg or you can try canned flavoured tuna, but you get sick of that fast
