it all depends how overweight you are, when i first joined this forum i went from 356lb to 190lb is just over 6 months. obviously i am not as heavy as i used to be and i have over estimated my goals...

I have no deadline but ill be setting flexible goals I am hoping to achieve.

Current weight: 109.5kg

have you ever had an undercooked chicken from there ? last time i purchased one blood squirted into my face when cutting, wasnt a nice experience :D

350g of chicken mixed pieces (100g of protein) cost me £5.32 alone and thats only a 3rd of my daily calories :(

As good as this diet is for me i just cant afford it anymore.. the minimum it costs me is around £300 a month, does anybody else have same issue ?
