    Muscle pulling in groin during squats

    Every now and then when I push the weight up on squats (low bar, below parallel) I get a pain on the front on my leg near the groin.

    Too much volume I'd say unless you're ramping. Also 5x5 works best with compounds, all those skulls may be pushing it
