measure pre cooked, cooking tends to take out some cals tho (very miniscule amount)
i would go with a 200-300 cal deficit and see how it goes as opposed to such a drastic change
change of plans, i don't have a contract so ill probably go to t mobile tomorrow or something; just for myself
for bodybuilding purposes, from one of layne nortons videos...for most lifters or people wanting to look good on the beach etc its a different story
thats why there is some muscle loss when cutting, especially if you go too far under maintenance...however if you workout properly and diet properly you will lose virtually no muscle mass even when...
i would try out each one and see which comes out better in the shake, if you are going for healthiest then look for high fiber/rolled or steel cut (iirc)
its possible if you are on a deficit in certain scenarios
not sure how much im paying, but i have verizon...need phones for 4 people
they are ok, you can find a ton of recipes if you look, mostly with peanut/almond butter, bananas, oats...i recommend hard boiled eggs made ahead of time ofc if you are having a hard time getting in...
thanks, will look into it

reps arent as relevant as stimulating your muscle fibers to failure...start with 20 reps on first set and ramp down while slightly going up in weight
workout to stimulate muscle fibers, don't worry about strength on a cut...you can up the cals marginally but i doubt it would be enough to make a difference in energy levels...are you meeting...
per lean body mass, so for you i would shoot for at least 35g
