You asked for response...you don't have to attack people. Yes you are lean, but you don't have very much muscle. Pretty good for 15, but stop attacking people that are telling the truth
Good strength increases! You might want to lower your calories, 2.25 a week at your size might be a little excessive. Don't forget to squat parallel! your deadlift should be above your squat.
GTH is only done right when one piece is "loud", and everything else is very conservative. Go read inq's blog on the right way to do it...and your face is pretty funny lol
ya if you drink enough milk you're going to go over maintenance and you'll gain muscle...and the squats you're using progressive overload with frequency. so yes, its a good program, just a little...
