I dont really have time to hitthe gym 5 times per week. I asked a personal trainer at the gym and she said back and tri is best :-/ you guys saying back and bi. Man I'm confused a bit now :(
guys which split is better back & bi or back & tri? I heard that back & tri is better to do on the same day. What are your thoughts? Cheers
