Elbows and shoulders have been hurting from weighted pullups. My gym doesn't have rings, so does anyone have a work around to mimic rings without the actual rings?
Not sure if I weighed In, but if I feel low back pain it means my glutes are tight. Stretching hams does nothing for me.

GVT isn't just 10x10 it's 4 count negatives and 2 second concentrics. I find it impossible to believe someone's top end could increase on it.
