i was doing a 6-day split (arnold's beginner routine) for a while and was causing a lot of drama with the gf, so we agreed i would only workout 3 x per week for about 1.5 hrs each...

i have a pretty good leg split worked out (squats, lunges, leg press, leg extensions, leg curls) but the dumbbell lunges are killing me. i'm supposed to work between 8-10 reps...
