Me too. I've had some great workouts when I'm hanging a little. Proper hangover then not so good.

I tried 16/8, but found it a step too far for me. Works for others though.
Today is carb up day for me. Just eaten a slop with 8 Weetabix in it. Never wanna see a carb again!!! ;)
