    Clean bulk is basically eating at a small surplus; 10-15% over your maintenance. Minimizing fat gains.

    Good job on the fat loss but I agree with the others, I would start bulking if I were you.

    I start with a compound exercise 5X5, then do 3-4 auxiliary exercises with a higher rep 4x8-12 scheme:

    -Chest/Tri
    -Back/Bi
    -Legs
    -Shoulders...
